Awsome service dept. WE had our Equinox scheduled in for fuel system service because we were getting fuel in the oil. Our appointment was at 9 AM. They were running behind and Chuck told us it would not be done until around 1PM. So we went to lunch and came back about 12:30 and our car was done. Mike, the mechanic that was working on it decided to take a late lunch and get our car done because we had been there for so long. A great thank you to Chuck and Mike for getting us back on the road sooner than promised. More

Service on my Saturn Vue I was very satisfied with the service I received on my Saturn Vue. It took longer than I thought it would but they gave me a loaner to drive. My wip I was very satisfied with the service I received on my Saturn Vue. It took longer than I thought it would but they gave me a loaner to drive. My wiper problem was taken care of, but the issue with my low oil pressure warning is still happening. It's probably just a sensor as it only stays on for a few seconds then goes out and is fine. Maintenance service on new 2018 Chevy Silverado I have been a customer of theirs for several years now and I always get treated with friendly voices on the phone to set up service. When I arrive the I have been a customer of theirs for several years now and I always get treated with friendly voices on the phone to set up service. When I arrive they are prompt about getting me checked in. Chuck was very courteous and even helped me get my phone back in sync with bluetooth while I was there. Big (fly)Wheel Keep on Turning I was driving with my family on a long road trip when suddenly our van started to make some strange noises and it lost all oil pressure. Fortunately, I was driving with my family on a long road trip when suddenly our van started to make some strange noises and it lost all oil pressure. Fortunately, we happened to be across the street from Holm Automotive when it happened. They were able to get our van fixed right away (without an appointment). As it turns out, the oil sending unit had failed as well as the fly wheel. After the initial estimate for the repairs, the parts cost for the replacement fly wheel ended up being $100 more than anticipated, but Holm Automotive honored their original estimate and didn't charge us the $100. We really appreciate Holm Automotive helping us out in pinch and getting us back on the road. I would highly recommend this service center. More
