Great Service Experience While driving I-70 on a recent trip from Illinois to Colorado, the water temperature gauge on my 2003 Honda Civic started to rise. Being only a couple While driving I-70 on a recent trip from Illinois to Colorado, the water temperature gauge on my 2003 Honda Civic started to rise. Being only a couple miles from Abilene, I exited the interstate and pulled into a gas station to assess the situation. Since I was on a pretty tight schedule and needed to be at my destination that evening, I knew that I would have to drop my car off and get a rental car quickly if possible. I decided to go across the street to the closest service/repair shop. That happened to be Holm. I'm glad I did. Chuck in the service department was awesome. I let him know my situation and he got right to work. Because I don't have full coverage on my car, I wasn't able to use a rental car from Holm so I had to rent a vehicle from Enterprise in Salina. And since I was out of range for a pick-up from Enterprise, Chuck set me up with one of his drivers for a ride over to get my rental car and be on my way. While at my destination, Chuck gave me updates on my vehicle and was very reachable. He also set me with a ride for when I returned the rental car and needed to get back to the dealership to pick up my car. Both drivers (Larry and Norm) were great. Chuck also checked back in with me after I picked up my car on Saturday to make sure all went well. If I lived in the area, based on my recent experience, I would definitely bring all my vehicles to Holm for work. If they treat an out-of-stater with a beat up older car like myself with such impressive service, I can only imagine how great locals and those purchasing vehicles from Holm are treated. I feel very fortunate that my situation could have turned out much worse. So thanks again to Chuck and the rest of the staff at Holm. Keep up the good work. More

He was very helpful and considerate when I arrived early and was fine with my leaving the car. After the car service was completed, HOLM Automotive Service Department delivered my car to where I live as I had no way to pick it up which was greatly appreciated. I realize they are a busy service department but the attention I receive is so nice and thoughtful and Chuck listens to any problems I have with the car. Its obvious they want to take care of any problems quickly and carefully so that you are back on the road soon as they also realize their customers run a tight schedule as well. Thank you. More
