Battery Issue I came to the dealership due to a check engine light. I left the car overnight, and picked it up the next evening. Was pleased it was only needing a I came to the dealership due to a check engine light. I left the car overnight, and picked it up the next evening. Was pleased it was only needing a new battery, but they also discovered that the fob I had left them also needed a new battery. I left a satisfied customer. On my way home, I discovered my cruise control was now not working. I called back to Chuck and said I was on my way back. He showed me that the cruise had apparently been turned off accidentally by the tech. He didn't make me feel like an idiot for not realizing the problem. He was very nice and patient. Kudos to Chuck Loader in the Service Dept. More

Our service consultant, Chuck, immediately got a tech started on replacing the tire and then proceeded t We limped into the dealership on a flat tire. Our service consultant, Chuck, immediately got a tech started on replacing the tire and then proceeded to show us the comforts available in the waiting room; free coffee, popcorn, rest rooms, magazines, TV, etc. During our brief wait we visited with other employees and were treated like friends. The tire was replaced very quickly, we paid our very modest bill, and we were underway again in less than thirty minutes. I give five stars only because I can’t give six. More

Let's face it, car repairs suck. I hate having car trouble. It's inconvenient and expensive. Knowing I can bring my car to Holmes or call them anytime something goes wrong and rely on I hate having car trouble. It's inconvenient and expensive. Knowing I can bring my car to Holmes or call them anytime something goes wrong and rely on them to evaluate, repair and get me back on the road quick is relieving. In this instance my check engine light came in and they got me in as soon as they could being flexible with my schedule. Chuck Loader was my service consultant this time and he was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I will return to the dealership next time I'm in need of car repairs. Heather More
