Excellent Service Again! I scheduled my Jeep for an oil change with Chuck Loader and let him know that I also needed my headlights checked out because every time I drove with I scheduled my Jeep for an oil change with Chuck Loader and let him know that I also needed my headlights checked out because every time I drove with my lights on people would flash their high beams at me, apparently thinking I had mine on, which I did not. Once I got to my appointment I let Chuck know that my passenger headlight had gone out after I had initially spoke to him. No problem, they would take care of that also! After I was sitting in the lobby waiting, Chuck came in and told me he thought something was wrong with my battery because it didn't sound right when he started up the Jeep. He said they'd check the battery out too. Thankfully he paid attention and had the mechanic check out the battery because I needed a new one! I'm so grateful they take the time and pay attention to things besides what I'm bringing my Jeep in for so I don't end up somewhere stranded! These guys are the best at taking care of me and my Jeep. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for vehicle service to take your vehicle to them. Fantastic job, thanks again Chuck!! More

Chuck Loader and his techs were able to quickly get My name is Brian Shintaku and I recently received excellent service from your service department! Chuck Loader and his techs were able to quickly get my vehicle into the shop and find the issue my vehicle had within less than 24 hours of being in there. My vehicle was stranded on the side of the road in Hillsboro Kansas, and after some confusion on where to tow my vehicle, the Holm Automotive Service center was the final destination. I was certainly on some what of a time crunch, because I was on the way to Colorado Springs to spend the holidays with my wife and two girls, then drive them back to Kansas after the visit. I arrived in Abilene on 21 December around 6pm and was able to continue my road trip to the Springs the next day around 11am. Chuck was very informative on what was done to my vehicle and gave a follow up call on Saturday to ensure I arrived safely to my destination! Thanks very much to Chuck and the rest of the Holm Automotive Center for the expertise and diligent story get the job done right. I would definitely recommend the dealership to others for service, because I know they would be treated as all customers should be, with respect and care! More
