Totally Making the Customer Happy!!! We purchased a used car and found out the a.c. need charged. Holm got the vehicle into service and it was fixed right away at no charge! Our Salesperson Jeremy and Finance Manager, Corey, made our purchasing experience smooth and easy! We went in to look at a specific vehicle and we were never pressured to buy it or to look at something else. We were shown and given all paperwork pertaining to the vehicle which was nice showing they were giving us full disclosure of any and all things ever done. "The Best Automobile Service I've Ever Received" I've had many cars and been around for a while and the car service and courtesy I've received from Holm Automotive and Chuck Loader are by far second- I've had many cars and been around for a while and the car service and courtesy I've received from Holm Automotive and Chuck Loader are by far second-to-none; "THE BEST" car servicing I've ever received!!! I towed my "2006 Jeep Wrangler" behind my RV the previous day and when I went to drive the Jeep on the next morning, it was horrible!!! It was clanging and banging and screeching and crashing, I JUST KNEW I had ruined my transmission and transfer case!!! I googled a service repair station in Abilene, KS and from the reviews of Holm Automotive, I decided to 'creep the Jeep' into the station from Chapman, KS. and by the goodness and grace of God, I made it, driving in 2nd gear on I-70, on the shoulder, flashers going the whole way...it was BAD!!!. When I arrived, I realized this was a Chevy dealership, but, I couldn't drive that Jeep another mile. I walked in and immediately Chuck Loader greeted me with, "Good morning; I'll be right with you." I 'apologized' that I didn't have a Chevy :), but "would you be able to work on my Jeep?" I asked. "No problem," said Chuck. He pulled the Jeep into the shop, escorted me to the waiting area, offered me coffee & water, and stated the service technician would take a look and let me know what needed to be done. Chuck returned about 30 minutes later and informed me of the service required and that it could be done in 1-1/2 to 2 hours. I authorized the service and he offered me the use of the station's courtesy car to return to the RV park. Chuck called me a few hours later when the Jeep was repaired. I returned to Holm Automotive, where Chuck explained what was done, and that I shouldn't have any problems. Holm Automotive did a FANTASTIC job and my 10-1/2 year old Jeep runs like new!!! I am so thankful and appreciative for the wonderful service and courtesy I received at Holm Automotive. When the Jeep finally "gives up the ghost," my next vehicle is going to be a Chevy from Holm Automotive, and no matter where I am in the country, I'm coming to Holm Automotive to purchase it!!! Took my car in for an oil change and coolant flush. Holm Automotive has an excellent service department. It is always clean and doesn't smell like a shop. Their waiting area is pleasant and different Holm Automotive has an excellent service department. It is always clean and doesn't smell like a shop. Their waiting area is pleasant and different employees always talk to you as they pass by the waiting area. Chuck is always courteous and makes sure you understand exactly what is planned for your car. During the inspection on my car they found some additional issues and were able to take care of all of them that day so I didn't have to come back for another visit. Again - Chuck was very courteous and made sure I was aware of exactly what was going on with my vehicle. More

Chuck Loader Cares Being a college student almost 1000 miles away from home, it can be a little nerve racking to break down in a town you are completely unfamiliar with. Being a college student almost 1000 miles away from home, it can be a little nerve racking to break down in a town you are completely unfamiliar with. That is what happened to me just across the way from Holm Automotive last week. I happened to be in on business for my internship and my truck would not start after filling up with gas across the street. Luckily a coworker was able to tow me to the dealership where I left a note to please call me the next morning as I was stranded and was due back in Ohio the next evening. To my surprise, I received a phone call from Chuck before the shop was even set to open the very next morning saying my truck was starting just fine. I was really relieved but once I told Chuck I had plans to drive it 13 hours home through the night, he said he wanted to keep it and look further into things so that we could be certain I wouldn't get stranded again. When I stopped in to see how things were going around lunch time he said he had tried everything he could and had no luck finding a problem but it was starting just fine. Being in school I was very scared to see the bill but to my surprise, he said I didn't owe him a dime. He even called the next morning to see how I fared. You're a life saver Chuck, thank you so much for what you did. I will not forget this, stay in touch. More
