From the moment I made the call (spoke with Greg) to schedule my appointment, I was treated with so much respect and kindness. That feeling stays with a person, and influences our decisions. The service department always does an amazing job each time I've taken my car for an oil change/tire rotation. The honesty and integrity of Holm Automotive's service department puts my mind at ease.. Chuck Loader does an outstanding job as a contact person! He is very personable and knowledgeable each time I'm there. Chuck takes the time to visit with me, and because of that...each time I walk out the service department door, I can't help but smile and know that I made the right choice of purchasing my car from Holm's. Motor died!! Michelle Holt was awesome as usual! Motor locked up in 2012 Malibu and I thought I was going to have a big repair bill! But she checked and it still h Michelle Holt was awesome as usual! But she checked and it still had one month left before the warranty ran out and I didn't even buy the car from them!
