Help in an Emergency Situation We had a blow out on I70 on our way home to Missouri. When we discovered we didn't have a spare tire in the vehicle we had purchased in November, 2015 We had a blow out on I70 on our way home to Missouri. When we discovered we didn't have a spare tire in the vehicle we had purchased in November, 2015, the car was taken to Holm Automotive Center in Abilene, Kansas. We were met by many friendly faces at the dealership. Chuck Loader assisted us and kept us informed of the progress to locate a new tire since they did not carry the tire for our Buick Regal. Chuck made calls and succeeded in finding a tire, which he informed us, would be delivered to the dealership by 1:00 p.m. the next day. Chuck then arranged for Mindy to drive us to a hotel. The next day Mindy picked us up at the hotel and at 1:20 p.m. we were back on the road for home. We were very pleased with the professional and friendly service we received. More
