With my appointment being at 8:30 in the morning, I guess I expected to be out of there in a hour... But the oil change and tire rotation took 1.5 hours and it didn't even go into the shop area until about I expected to be out of there in a hour... So I had to wait and it was frustrating. Normally, I don't like to complain, but I was just disappointed in the entire process. More
