Great Crew! The crew at Lou Fuzs was very professional. Stephanie answered all my questions and had the car waiting for me when I arrived. Chuck Molloy took over The crew at Lou Fuzs was very professional. Stephanie answered all my questions and had the car waiting for me when I arrived. Chuck Molloy took over and showed me everything about the car and made my experience the best that it could be. He went above and beyond helping me buy a car! Excellent staff and customer service!!! The staff is excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Chuck is amazing. He helped me choose the type of vehicle by listening to the needs I The staff is excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Chuck is amazing. He helped me choose the type of vehicle by listening to the needs I had in a vehicle. He then answered all of my questions and showed me everything I needed to know about the Outback. He made me feel very comfortable. I enjoyed working with him and look forward to seeing him when I return for service. I think that Brain in the service department is excellent. He always listens to your concerns and helps find ways fix them. John in management also was wonderful. He listened to my concerns and helped make the purchase of my vehicle something I felt very good about. I'm so happy that I found such a great place to buy a car and look forward to returning there for maintenance of my new Outback!! More
