Avoid this place at all costs. Ryan Sauers, their internet sales manager, will lure you in with a bogus email about an “overstock event” where they will apply “holiday rebates” and Ryan Sauers, their internet sales manager, will lure you in with a bogus email about an “overstock event” where they will apply “holiday rebates” and only require $1000 on a new Rogue SV lease for $349/month for 36 months, confirm the stock number with you of the exact vehicle you are interested in, then when you show up to the dealership Ryan is nowhere to be found, and they assign a random salesman to you that has no idea who you are or why you’re there. Then, as if that isn’t bad enough, when you sit down to work the numbers as advertised, their little pitbull sales manager, Chuck Musero, comes over to the table out of nowhere with tremendous attitude, literally frothing at the mouth, telling me the email I was sent by Ryan was “vague” and didn’t say anything about the pricing about the specific vehicle we were interested in. Which was clearly a lie, as I pulled up the email to show him exactly what was discussed. Realizing I was correct and simply trying to get the deal I drove 1.5 hours to get, he then became increasingly rude and asked me “what do I want” and that “you’re either going to buy a car or not, and I don’t think we’re gonna make a deal here.” Oh and by the way, this was after he offered a trade in value for our vehicle that was $1K below the low end of the KBB range, wanting to keep the $6K of equity we have in the vehicle and STILL not honor the pricing that was discussed with his internet sales guy via email. Easily the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Chuck Musero is a disgrace to the industry and should be fired immediately if Nissan Motors takes customer service and their reputation seriously. More

Chuck, Jeff, and Ryan even made it a point to mention first-rate ownership support in truly being honest, rather than maximum profit tactics. I bought a 2017 Nissan Sentra back in 2019 and had a great experience. Went back this week just to see what I could be offered because we needed a bigger car for my growing family. I bought my daughter anew altima last year I went back to the dealership to buy her a new Rogue I talked to Chuck who sold me her last car I told them I wanted her to test drive one she liked it they ga to the dealership to buy her a new Rogue I talked to Chuck who sold me her last car I told them I wanted her to test drive one she liked it they gave me the price I told them she was unsure so Chuck said if I didn't take it that night I would have to want until he was back in from his day off dont know why I had to wait Tom was there next day so I called them up an Chuck wasn't in yet but Tom sales manager I talked to an I said can she take it for a nother text drive to make sure liked it .Tom was rude an said no because she is 17 an I told him that she's insured I ask him wants that have to do with it you guys let her the day before drive the car now I bought two cars off of them an my mom bought two altimas when I got there I told Chuck to forget it I'm not buying it no more due to Tom conformation we had Woodbury Nissan they are a repeat customer I was an never go back to buy another car again will not recommend them neither so I went to another dealship an bought her the more expensive Rogue there loss not mine I buy cars every one to two years More

Came in for service left with a new armada Great Staff, great deal, easy to work with, 2nd purchase . made a deal in minutes and drove home in 30 minutes.
