When admitting I wasn't necessarily ready for a purchase based on my credit, he helped explain which programs running would fit my situation, and allowed me to test drive a few cars. After I liked one in particular due to a slightly loud engine, he went and started up 5 different types of the same car just so I could find the one that "sounded" right! Always pleased with Chuck, and recommend to anyone looking for a new car. More
