Bought a used car "As Is" bought the warranty with the car because I'm a single mom and I need a dependable car. Have had the car for six months, the check engine light came on while driving home from t car because I'm a single mom and I need a dependable car. Have had the car for six months, the check engine light came on while driving home from the dealership. Has been on ever since. I get one problem fixed another happens. So far I have put over $5000.00 into trying to get it fixed. The warranty I bought covered an $400.00 repair. Have left messages for the Used Car Manager over the last month (at least 7 messages) haven't received a call back from him at all. Talked to Salesman (Ryan) and Eric which have at least listened to me and tried to help. So far I haven't been able to drive my car for about 20 days while it was in the shop. I wish they would take the car fix the problem, let me use a loaner and get to the bottom of the problem. When I purchased the car I asked, if they ran it for codes and the salesman said I'm sure they did and they would of fixed the problem. If they did they would of fixed them. Weird, that the engine light came on 40 miles away driving home. It is sad that companies do not stand behind there products or even take the time to call you back. More

OK, this review and poor rating is a result of my experience from my previous review, in which I downgraded a positive rating to a lower because the vehicle I had used my entire savings on only last experience from my previous review, in which I downgraded a positive rating to a lower because the vehicle I had used my entire savings on only lasted 7 months, driven less than 4,000 miles. In response to the downgraded review I was invited to contact the dealership to discuss. I responded by email to "cpelfresne@drivepreferred.com " on May 10th, and to date they have not contacted me. Yet they send me promos and ads to my email weekly. I can't be more disgusted or disappointed with this dealership. Even an "as is" vehicle should last longer than 7 months when it's supposedly been inspected, and cost over $10,000. My advice, do NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership unless you first take it to an independent garage for an inspection. I lost everything in this deal, and at age 70, on a fixed income, it's almost impossible to come back from a loss like this. More

I originally gave them a good review when I purchased my car in 2021. I stand by my positive comments about the salesman, who really seemed invested in helping me get into a safe, reliable vehicle. I ha car in 2021. I stand by my positive comments about the salesman, who really seemed invested in helping me get into a safe, reliable vehicle. I had explained that I was investing all my savings to purchase a car that I hoped would see me through until I could no longer drive. Given that I had my last car for 20 years, and I'm 70 now, that didn't seem impossible. I was shown a 2011 Subaru Outback with low miles, in beautiful condition, and in my price range. It seemed perfect. Subaru's have an excellent safety and reliability rating so I went with it. However, I only drove it for seven months, less than 4,000 miles, when the brakes had to be replaced...over $600. And then the car started overheating, and I was told the head gasket went bad. I was devastated, I'd barely driven it. Since then my dream car has been parked, undrivable. At age 70, with only social security as income, I've not been able to afford repairs. My dissatisfaction is definitely directed towards the mechanics who inspected this car. I realize I bought it "as is", but no car sold by a reputable dealer, that cost over $10,000 should last only 7 months. I would never recommend buying a used car from this company again, unless you're able to have it inspected at a different garage prior to purchasing. Since I was from out of town this wasn't an option for me, but I greatly regret that now. It's really difficult to manage without a car, especially when I thought I was buying the security of a safe, reliable car that would last. More

The sales rep I worked with was Robert Corbett who was very informative and great to work with. He went over and above to help with support features I required to make the sales experience great. Fantastic experience all the way through the sales process and business office. They didn't charge us over MSRP like we were quoted at two other West Michigan dealerships. process and business office. They didn't charge us over MSRP like we were quoted at two other West Michigan dealerships. More

Grab n go Opportunist. Spoke with Austin & his boss and they quoted me well over MSRP in 2021. They reasoned it by saying that Sales are down, operating costs are same, inventory is low, so I'm sure you wi they quoted me well over MSRP in 2021. They reasoned it by saying that Sales are down, operating costs are same, inventory is low, so I'm sure you will understand. Their lease rates were mathematically ridiculous. I will NEVER buy from them. Earlier, I inquired about the lease end purchase price for my leased vehicle and they quoted me $2K more than the dealer I purchased from! Why-How? GM, are you listening More

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Due to Good Friday holiday it took me one extra day to get ahold of hr and get a paystub being that I guessed my password wrong and was locked out of online payroll. I had alre it took me one extra day to get ahold of hr and get a paystub being that I guessed my password wrong and was locked out of online payroll. I had already closed the deal the day before with the dealer Scott Fuller, and made my first insurance premium payment. He assured me it would be delivered tomorrow. Instead I woke up to texts about needing a paystub, was later accused by his management of fraudulently representing my income, and then when i finally send over my xxxxing paystub the car is being sold. Absolutely disgusting business practice and treatment of a disabled veteran. They even told me I could get that insurance premium refunded and I can't, I have to dispute the charge with my bank which could complicate getting coverage in the future. Worst dealer in the nation!!! Stay miles away from these liars and snakes! More
