went to GMC preferred in Grand Haven MI to have my car checked out they said the issue was not covered under the warranty yet they still charged me $75 for diagnostics talking to so many other people abo checked out they said the issue was not covered under the warranty yet they still charged me $75 for diagnostics talking to so many other people about this dealership I would not recommend buying a car from this place More

They sell one thing and delivery another I purchased a brand new Buick Enclave from this dealership and I did so because they offered to come and pick up my vehicle to service it and return i I purchased a brand new Buick Enclave from this dealership and I did so because they offered to come and pick up my vehicle to service it and return it when done. I could have bought the Buick 25 miles closer to my home but didn't because of this offering. NOT ONCE have they ever followed through with picking up my vehicle and returning it to me....what a SCAM and it's the last one I'll ever purchase from this dealership More
