Chuck and Kevin have been my service advisors for all of my cars almost since I started having my cars done there in 1998. I have purchased cars there and had All of them only serviced at your location, even though I moved about an hour and a half to two hours away in Lakeland. As long as Chuck is still working there we will be customers for life. My Son took the Rogue with him on his contract job in North Carolina and he tried using the Nissan dealership up there but has been so badly treated he refuses to return. He is Spoiled by the Service we've received from lokey the past 26 years. Chuck is awesome, he really cares about his people and he Never tries to oversell anyone. He just explains what is needed or necessary and lets me make up my own mind. But I've always done what he has recommended for us. More

With the exception of Ms. Luna from the collision department, who was wonderful and very helpful, my experience has not been good. I was told that I was assigned to Mr. Schnit Luna from the collision department, who was wonderful and very helpful, my experience has not been good. I was told that I was assigned to Mr. Schnitzel, who is the most knowledgeable in the service department. He saw that my car was in an accident. He had asked someone to do some diagnosis, which I had to pay $139.00. He blamed everything wrong with the vehicle on the accident. I tried to tell him that the issue on the vehicle not wanting to start every now and then was an issue even BEFORE the accident. He just wouldn't hear me despite me trying to tell him several times. I called the collisions department, and luckily, I was assigned to Ms. Luna, who, as I mentioned, was very helpful through the whole process. I was told that the service department should have directed me to the collisions department as soon as Mr. Schnitzel saw that the vehicle was involved in an accident. I had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership, which was another expense. The tow driver mistakenly dropped the vehicle in the service department. When collisions wanted to move it to their area, the vehicle would not start. I received a call telling me this, and I explained that starting the vehicle has been an issue. Collisions had the service department fix the problem. The solution to the starting issue is one of the things I was disgusted and very upset about. It turned out that I was sold a vehicle that the battery was dying - on its last stage. Now, why would I be sold a vehicle with a dying battery. It is obvious that it was not inspected bef More
