Kept my truck for two days and did not even get it brought in to the shop area to be looked at let alone be repaired. Received no communication about what was going on and was given laughable excuses brought in to the shop area to be looked at let alone be repaired. Never have good service from the representatives, however no complaints about past work done by the mechanics. More
