In all my life, I have never looking forward to taking a car in for service but that changed when we moved to TN and we about 1 mile from Two Rivers. These are the most dedicated and honest people you have car in for service but that changed when we moved to TN and we about 1 mile from Two Rivers. These are the most dedicated and honest people you have met. Chris Taylor (Service Manager), to Chuck Shelton (Service Advisor) to the Office staff and mechanics. They are amazing! More

Kept my truck for two days and did not even get it brought in to the shop area to be looked at let alone be repaired. Received no communication about what was going on and was given laughable excuses brought in to the shop area to be looked at let alone be repaired. Received no communication about what was going on and was given laughable excuses for why they never bothered looking at it. Never have good service from the representatives, however no complaints about past work done by the mechanics. More

Chuck met when I drove up, wrote up the service ticket and had our truck back to me in less than 2 hours. . I'm talking replacing a major hose on a F250 Diesel. Two Rivers Ford is the Best dealer in the Nashville area, Period. More

Another STUPENDOUS Service Job As always, Chuck and the Service Team at Two Rivers Ford is right there for their customers. Nothing worse than one of the dashboard lights coming on As always, Chuck and the Service Team at Two Rivers Ford is right there for their customers. Nothing worse than one of the dashboard lights coming on but the manual indicates a problem with a feature your car doesn't have. Neverthless, Two Rivers once again identified the problem, replaced the part and had the car back to us so quickly. Thank you for all you do to help your customers. More

My 2017 Ford C-Max had a tire pressure sensor fault that I could not resolve. Two Rivers Ford took my car in, analyzes the issue, and gave me a quote for replacing the faulty sensor. I was most surprised wh I could not resolve. Two Rivers Ford took my car in, analyzes the issue, and gave me a quote for replacing the faulty sensor. I was most surprised when they completed the repair, and told me my part and repair were still under warranty. I trust Two Rivers Ford with my vehicles. More
