Cocoa Hyundai is the best!! I hesitated buying a car but was so glad I went to Cocoa Hyundai as they do treat you like family. Stop by and ask for Chuck. Finally, a yes!!! From the first phone call I made to Carlos I felt a positive vibe and his willingness to help me get a car. Got to dealership and saw the one I wanted, he did whatever he had to do and got me approved. Chuck was awsome!! We went for a test drive in my 2014 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and explained all the features on this car to me and worked with my budget to get a decent monthly payment and left my old car as a trade in. Drove off with my new car....so happy!! Awesome team, thanks and will definitely recomend anyone looking for a car, trying here first. More

Professional yet personable Everyone was helpful and kind. I had had the car (that I eventually purchased) as a "loaner" for a week. When I told Doug (the gentleman that had driv Everyone was helpful and kind. I had had the car (that I eventually purchased) as a "loaner" for a week. When I told Doug (the gentleman that had driven me to home and back several times) that I really liked the loaner, he helped me get to the right people to talk to to see about purchasing the car. Wayne went through several options and I felt that he had given me an honest (and good) price. I bought the car that day and drove home and am very happy with my decision. No one was pushy or overbearing. They listened to what I said/asked, and worked with that. I never felt pressured, just informed. Very nice experience. More
