Great experience I used Truecar to get the best deal and it led me to Cocoa Hyundai. I was contact by Carlos within 1 minute of submitting the information to Truecar. I used Truecar to get the best deal and it led me to Cocoa Hyundai. I was contact by Carlos within 1 minute of submitting the information to Truecar. After talking with Carlos I planned to go in and check out the cars. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Chuck. He was really nice and asked "What brings me in today?", I told him I was looking for Carlos so he showed me to a seat and asked if I wanted a water or something else to drink. Once Carlos came down and introduced himself he handed me back to Chuck to look at cars. Chuck took me around the lot and we looked at a few cars. He pointed out the difference between all the cars and took us on a test drive of the car we did eventually buy. He was full of information and answered all our questions. He made everything easy and simple. We also had dealings with Ali, Brain and Sheldon, all were great guys and they really did get us a great deal on our new car. More

I knew the car I wanted after doing online research and contacted Carlos through the Cocoa Hyundai The best new car buying experience I've ever had. I knew the car I wanted after doing online research and contacted Carlos through the Cocoa Hyundai website. When I went to the dealership, I was able to test drive the car I had seen online. I was offered a great deal on the car but decided to not buy that day. I kept in touch with Carlos and found out that someone else bought the car. A few weeks later after deciding that I was ready to buy, I contacted Carlos again and he told me that they had another vehicle like the one I originally looked at. I went to the dealership and Chuck helped me get a great deal that I couldn't refuse. The whole process was fast and easy, and I didn't have to spend much time at all in the finance office. Everyone was very easy to work with and I never felt pressured. More
