Brought my 2018 VW GTI in for a service issue and Anthony in service was great, kept me updated along the whole process, explained everything and had the car ready exactly when he said he did. Sometimes ser in service was great, kept me updated along the whole process, explained everything and had the car ready exactly when he said he did. Sometimes service areas as part of dealers get a bad rap, but these guys were pros and I never felt that they were trying to upsell me anything, I would probably purchase another VW from BECAUSE of the service dept at O'Steen! You dont typically use the word "trust" when speaking about dealer service, but I would absolutely trust these guys, they've earned it! More
