Hey guys! I am a Finance Manager here at our local Ford dealership. I’ve been here since June of 2021, I am 32 years old and have a couple of dogs and a couple of wonderful kids at home! I am very easy going, and really enjoy going through my sales process with my customers on a very at ease and comfortable basis. I have had great feedback from my customers based on my sales approach. You can also find me on Facebook under Cierra at Westown Ford where I like to show off some of our inventory in funny ways! Should you choose me to work with, I promise to do my very best to help you find the best vehicle for you and your family!

Cierra did a fantastic job helping me find the vehicle that I was looking for. We had talked about what features I wanted in a Jeep Wrangler and what budget I was wanting to work with. She sent me infor that I was looking for. We had talked about what features I wanted in a Jeep Wrangler and what budget I was wanting to work with. She sent me information on 3 different vehicles before we found the fourth to be the winner!! She even helped me figure in 2 trade-in vehicles to reduce the price. Thank you, Cierra, for all your help and patience in finding me my new Jeep. I love it and am beyond satisfied!!! More

Cierra was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely helpful through the entire process and continued to be helpful and go above and beyond even months after I bought my new truck. She was understanding and could easily figure out what we were looking for. She was polite and HUMAN. She joked with us and laughed with us and when we hit road blocks she never once told us what to do or hinted as to what too do. She was just all around amazing. You've definitely earned 2 customers for life! More
