Met as soon as I entered, service advisor recorded why I was there and took pictures of the vehicle. Informed me I needed a new cabin air filter, yet I had purchased one from Webb just six months before. Luckily, I didn’t approve the service and wanted to check into it. Had my son look and it was my en purchased one from Webb just six months before. Luckily, I didn’t approve the service and wanted to check into it. Had my son look and it was my engine filter that was dirty and needed to be replaced. My paperwork had my engine filter in the green, stating it was good. Bought the part for $10 and my son replaced it saving me more than $70 from what Webb was going to charge. Everything was communicated to me thru text messages and the app. I went to breakfast just down the street and was notified by text that my car was ready. No one wants to talk to you anymore. Went to the service department and the advisor told me to see the cashier. Didn’t bother to go over what was done to my car or the couple of things the messages said I needed, she didn’t bother to explain anything further. More
