First Time Buyer, Satisfied Subaru Customer! My New Crosstrek ran amazing from Reno to California and back again! Smooth ride, good gas millage, comfortable seats and roomy for all my stuff! I went to Lithia Reno Subaru with cash in hand ready to make a deal and purchase a vehicle; same day. This was the third dealership that we had visited and we were able to close a deal. Rich Atkinson was make a deal and purchase a vehicle; same day. This was the third dealership that we had visited and we were able to close a deal. Rich Atkinson was our sales rep and really helped us out. He not only worked for us, but worked with us. We were able to negotiate a price and walk out the door with confidence and great customer support from all of the employees who worked there. Chip helped explain all of the mechanical repairs that were being done, and Randy was able to check in and let us know that he was there if we needed any assistance. Great guys, efficient, fair, and get the job done. More

Jesse did a fine job in helping me and was very friendly. He seems like a very informative sales rep., and honestly wanted to help get me into a new Subaru. I WAS NOT PLEASED when it came to my trade-in. He seems like a very informative sales rep., and honestly wanted to help get me into a new Subaru. I WAS NOT PLEASED when it came to my trade-in. I was there to get a new vehicle, so obviously my trade-in was old. The front office, WHO EVER THEY ARE, did not want to help, saying " We think your trade in is too old and we really do not want to take it in as a trade. " This statement almost broke the deal and I was ready to walkout. I wasn't asking for an outrages trade in price, but the front office telling me that "THEY" did not want my trade in and that I should sell it on my own made me angry, at that point I wanted to walk out and take my $29,900.00 " PAID IN FULL" with me. Jesse, was nice enough to work with me and got me $799.80 for my trade in. I was also informed that within six hours, the same day, there was already an offer to buy my trade in. You should be thankful that you have a sale rep. like Jesse to smooth the way between your front office and the customer; it seems they did not want to make a deal. More

I came in looking for a new/used vehicle, not really knowing exactly what I wanted. Jessie and Mike were bob there to help answer all my questions and to guide me over the course of a two day buying exp knowing exactly what I wanted. Chip and Jozsef both were amazing and crunching numbers and making the very best deal happen for me! Overall this was the best car buying experience ever! More
