Bought new truck in Tucson. Needed front license plate bracket. They ordered as part of the deal. Finally came in today after nearly a month and made contact with my sales rep. He said he would set everything up for me to come in. Heard nothing, so called back and he is working on it and would call me right back. Been 6 hours now and no word. Really upset with the communications. Quick to communicate during sales but follow up sucks. Hope the owner of Quebedeaux reads this. More

The car dealer himself was excellent but the condition of my vehicle was not. Unfortunately I bought it as is. Was told tank would be filled and fluids topped off drove to gas station on empty, had no wind s my vehicle was not. Unfortunately I bought it as is. Was told tank would be filled and fluids topped off drove to gas station on empty, had no wind shield washer fluid and I found that out be learning it had half a windshield spray hose on the driver side so it didn't squirt. Next day the ac blew and the drivers side window stopped working. Not nice for driving around Arizona. Its my fault I should have known what to look for in cars but I am a single mom needing a vehicle to get my kids around and trusted them when they said it was fine and everything was checked in the service shop. More

First off Kristin was great, was the best person there. Cisco Gonzalez was okay neither here or there. A guy name Joshua Hoenshell was just unfriendly. Tina Barnes answered my mails not my texts. Had to go to another building to get the check, said OK. Talking to the finance guy and he said I had to come back the next day to pick up the check because the owner had to sign the check. Left the dealership without the ca=r or money, not a good feeling at this time. Came back two days later after a text message telling them I was on my way (I live about 65 miles asway). Got there and the check was not ready. Waited about another for the check and the owner to sign, but it was stamped. Now I was mad. I went live on the manager. He said no the owner did no have to sing the check and where did I hear that? I said the Finance guy. I showed him the office and he said he would take care of it. Yea right like something was going to happen. But I you want a used car go see Kristin, she will treat you right as best she can with the xxxxxxx she works with!! More

WORST DEALER IVE EVER BEEN TOO. Lets start out with I called them at 8:30 am. explained my interest in a car they had on their lot. Talked about my trade in and about the trade in v Lets start out with I called them at 8:30 am. explained my interest in a car they had on their lot. Talked about my trade in and about the trade in values. The salesman stated he will have the car ready for me when I get there. I explained I am driving from Phoenix and would like to buy the car that day. I drove 125miles down to the dealership only to have the salesman not know a dang thing about the car and said it would not be ready today. I then go to see the car and it is a Disaster!! Yes I understand its a used car but the car did not look like they washed any of the interior. There was still trash in the glovebox. I still proceeded and the key they gave me to start the car did not work. I then got it started and It was jumping between gears and could not stay in gear. Made it 1 mile and had to turn around. This was the worst buying experience I have had and with a big dealer too. I got back to the dealer and he asked if I would be interested in something else because this was not a good experience. My thoughts are why would I trust this dealer if they were pulling this crap on me. I ended up just leaving the dealer. Fast forward the dealer texted me asking how my experience with Loren was? I wasn't going to write a review but after that I want everyone to beware of them. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! More
