Talked about my trade in and about the trade in values. The salesman stated he will have the car ready for me when I get there. I explained I am driving from Phoenix and would like to buy the car that day. I drove 125miles down to the dealership only to have the salesman not know a dang thing about the car and said it would not be ready today. I then go to see the car and it is a Disaster!! Yes I understand its a used car but the car did not look like they washed any of the interior. There was still trash in the glovebox. I still proceeded and the key they gave me to start the car did not work. I then got it started and It was jumping between gears and could not stay in gear. Made it 1 mile and had to turn around. This was the worst buying experience I have had and with a big dealer too. I got back to the dealer and he asked if I would be interested in something else because this was not a good experience. My thoughts are why would I trust this dealer if they were pulling this crap on me. I ended up just leaving the dealer. Fast forward the dealer texted me asking how my experience with Loren was? I wasn't going to write a review but after that I want everyone to beware of them. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! More

The vehicle needed new tires and the leather dash was pulling back, so it was not a pristine vehicle. You could even see the sticker residue on the windshield from the auto auction. I did like the car even with the flaws. The manager appraised my trade and offered me $11,500 off the discount price. I have a printout from Carvana offering $17,700 and Autonation offered $18500 the day before. His response was ‘but you see mine is priced low!’ I explained I looked at a different car the day before.. he said why didn’t you buy it?? Well, now I have! He is the one that priced his vehicle, not me. Why is my car worth less because his is priced low?? I left and purchased the Autonation vehicle. One year newer and 3000 more miles. My difference was $16,499 and I don’t have to put on new tires or fix the dash! The difference number at Q was $21,100!!! I saved myself $6200 buying from a reputable dealer instead of these typical car dealer. More

My salesman Anthony Robinson was great. So was the rest of the staff. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I scheduled a Saturday appointment to have one of my sensors replaced So was the rest of the staff. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I scheduled a Saturday appointment to have one of my sensors replaced that was protruding on the front end when I purchased the vehicle. I brought it in for an 830am appointment and by 3pm still had not heard anything. I called, was transferred to the service dept. multiple times, hung up on twice, and upon receiving a return call finally, I was told that I could pick up my car but the sensor they were going to replace needed to be painted and the paint shop isn't in on the weekends. So, why would you schedule me a Saturday appt. for a sensor replacement knowing it would need to be painted and that couldn't be done that day. So they had my car ALL DAY and did nothing to it. It was disappointing to say the least. And now I made a trip down to Tucson (I live in Phoenix) to have this repaired, and now again I have to waste gas and time for them to have my car AGAIN so this can be fixed. Hopefully my second time in is a better experience. More
