Felt I was treated as very dismissed by original salesperson who was recommended AND I had an appointm Cash sale. Car for me. Husband is an invalid. Felt I was treated as very dismissed by original salesperson who was recommended AND I had an appointment with. If he was busy he should have called to reschedule. Hyatt took over and was very good up to the sale. There were no floor mats in the car. Was told they would order premium mats for me. 10-12 days went by with no communication. I stopped in to ask in person about mats because my text/question was ignored. If it wasn’t the car I wanted I would have gone elsewhere. Don’t overbook the sales. More
