Jimmy Truong was a blessing to us when we recently purchased a preowned car. One of the cars was at another MD lot and he went and picked it up so we could shop at one location and compare the two car purchased a preowned car. Clark Christie and our salesman Kyle Fullmer are awesome to deal with. The are customer focused and do everything they can to make the buying experience a great one. To us, The Everett's, customer service is what draws us to any business. Kyle and Clark had just the right car we were looking for and we got a great deal on the car too! The transaction was smooth and easy. Our finance guy, Josh Forester, made the end of the purchase an easy experience for us. He worked hard and found us a truly great percentage rate for our preowned car. We are very happy with the way our afternoon went . We had visited four dealerships and test drove 6 cars. Should have came here first! Oh well, we did good and so did the dealer. We were treated very well here as always and we will continue to buy cars here. I have purchased over 20 cars from McLardyDaniel in the last 20 years. Clark Christie has been involved with almost every single one too. My and my girlfriend where in the process of finding a new car for her, due to her old car finally taken a dirt nap. When we pulled up too Mclarty Ford, we were greeted by Lana. He had set the appointment up for me and all I had to do was show up. He took it through service made sure everything was fixed and delivered it clean back to me. This guy is awesome. Look him up and he will take great care of you. Service at MD Bentonville Ford/ Lincoln is the BEST! Brooke took very good care of my minor repair. From the salesperson (Taylor) to the managers, to the GM (Jason), to the Finance guru (Tom); everybody went above and beyond to make sure I had the best possible deal under very difficult circumstances (severe negative equity in my trade). Walked out with a 2019 F-150 Lariat 4x4 with zero down, zero interest, and a lower payment than my previous vehicle! In my opinion, they are the best in the business! Make the trip, even if you have a Ford dealership close to you..........pay them a visit, you won't regret it! More

He answered all of our questions and we were made to feel a part of the MD Ford family. I hope I get this guy on our next purchase. We both really liked his accuracy and speed to help us get on with our day. We purchased the extended warranty to peace of mind. I firmly believe if you have insurance you will rarely use it but if you don't you are always worried about something going wrong. Todays vehicles have so many electronics in them it is almost a given that the odds are high that something could happen. Why chance it? Go for the peace of mind.....no worries More

Takes an hour at most for whole job. Can’t get a tire patch on because of humidity? Go to Florida and see if they have a problem. I have had literally hundreds of truck tires fixed in my 35 years of trucking as a director and vp. I can get peterbuilt drive tire fixed and back on in 45 minutes.. i can’t stand lies and that’s what this is all about. Bobby I have bought 2 from you and sent 4 others that bought also, there will be no more,, not your failure at all. You just have no backup after sale. Ask service how much longer and they say 30 minutes time after time. This is not first time for me for poor service or I would not go to trouble to write this and am quite sure it will be written off as not valid but hey at some point do your jobs or find another profession. there are plenty of other dealerships to take my business! Am sure you all are saying “good riddance “ have a good day watching all those in your waiting room, next time provide sleeping cots. More
