The best Ford dealership by far! An outstanding experience from a stellar crew at McLarty-Daniel Ford! From the salesperson (Taylor) to the managers, to the GM (Jason), to the Finance guru (Tom); everybody went above and beyond to make sure I had the best possible deal under very difficult circumstances (severe negative equity in my trade). Walked out with a 2019 F-150 Lariat 4x4 with zero down, zero interest, and a lower payment than my previous vehicle! In my opinion, they are the best in the business! Make the trip, even if you have a Ford dealership close to you..........pay them a visit, you won't regret it! More

But every single time we walk into the dealership, Clark is always there for us. My husband is the king of negotiators and he really puts the guys through their paces. I really appreciate everything Clark and Kyle have done for us over the past 20 years. He ALWAYS gives us the best possible deal he can and consistently goes above and beyond, not only in the deal making stage, but when we just need some sound advice. Josh in finance is super too! He is so well informed and personable, doing the paperwork isn't a chore. Thank you, Clark Christie, for being a great professional and friend to our family. We will always be back to give you first shot when we buy our cars! More

Josh is fast, effecient and knows his stuff! We were fortunate to have Josh help us finalize the deal. Josh is a true professional and is a no pressure kind of guy. He wants to make sure you are We were fortunate to have Josh help us finalize the deal. Josh is a true professional and is a no pressure kind of guy. He wants to make sure you are informed of all your finance options and explains the optional extended warranty for you in an easy to understand way. He answered all of our questions and we were made to feel a part of the MD Ford family. I hope I get this guy on our next purchase. We both really liked his accuracy and speed to help us get on with our day. We purchased the extended warranty to peace of mind. I firmly believe if you have insurance you will rarely use it but if you don't you are always worried about something going wrong. Todays vehicles have so many electronics in them it is almost a given that the odds are high that something could happen. Why chance it? Go for the peace of mind.....no worries More

Pitiful service department 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire patch (had appt) do you have any qualified techs there at all? Doubtful. Would love to show them how to do their 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire patch (had appt) do you have any qualified techs there at all? Doubtful. Would love to show them how to do their job. Takes an hour at most for whole job. Can’t get a tire patch on because of humidity? Go to Florida and see if they have a problem. I have had literally hundreds of truck tires fixed in my 35 years of trucking as a director and vp. I can get peterbuilt drive tire fixed and back on in 45 minutes.. i can’t stand lies and that’s what this is all about. Bobby I have bought 2 from you and sent 4 others that bought also, there will be no more,, not your failure at all. You just have no backup after sale. Ask service how much longer and they say 30 minutes time after time. This is not first time for me for poor service or I would not go to trouble to write this and am quite sure it will be written off as not valid but hey at some point do your jobs or find another profession. there are plenty of other dealerships to take my business! Am sure you all are saying “good riddance “ have a good day watching all those in your waiting room, next time provide sleeping cots. More
