This was the first time I brought my Jeep to Precision, and it won’t be the last! My check engine light came on and I was dreading the thought of being without a car for a few days. To my surprise, Seamus and it won’t be the last! My check engine light came on and I was dreading the thought of being without a car for a few days. To my surprise, Seamus was able to schedule me an appointment the same day! I had work later that day, so it was a relief to know I’d get the issue checked out immediately in case it was something major. When I arrived to drop my car off, Brian and Seamus at the front desk provided excellent customer service and promised they’d get my car checked out within the hour. It turned out to be a small problem (thankfully!). Seamus explained exactly what the issue was in an easy to understand way for someone like me who has little experience with cars. His honesty was refreshing and the price I was charged was extremely reasonable. Usually I go into the mechanic for a simple oil change and the places try to sell me services that aren’t even needed just to spike up the price to make more money. This wasn’t the case at Precision. I’ll definitely be returning to Precision for all my future car needs. Thank you Seamus, Brian, and all the techs for getting my car serviced quickly and thoroughly! More
