I arrived @ dealer ship for 7 o’clock appointment. Took an hour and a half to get my oil changed. Not real happy it caused me to be 25 minutes late for an 8:30 appointment on the North Shore.Wish I’d Took an hour and a half to get my oil changed. Poor communication when my vehicle under warranty was disabled. I was able to pull a code from my vehicle on the order of minutes, but it took this dealership 3 days to do what I did in less than an hour disabled. I was able to pull a code from my vehicle on the order of minutes, but it took this dealership 3 days to do what I did in less than an hour. No one initially made me aware that I could use Chevy Roadside Assistance despite me calling the dealership to confirm that I indeed still had my warranty. The dealership was also unable to tell me how to shift the vehicle out of park to neutral so that the tow truck driver did not have to drag my vehicle on and off the truck. Also, I came to find out the part that failed on my vehicle is known to be on recall from GM (fuel pump control module (tow truck driver says he sees these fail all the time)), yet, this dealership, which performed routine maintenance on this vehicle several times, did not make me aware of the recalled part and thus causing my vehicle to fail on Thanksgiving. It took me hounding the dealership on Monday to have my vehicle looked at and ultimately have the bolt-on module installed. All in all, there is no sense of service initially given, you have to pry and press to get it. What fun! More
