Id give 0 stars if I could! I have a new 2025 Chevy that’s still under warranty. There was an issue and I made the mistake of taking it to Leson Chevrolet! The service departmen I have a new 2025 Chevy that’s still under warranty. There was an issue and I made the mistake of taking it to Leson Chevrolet! The service department had my vehicle for 10 days while they continued to give me the run around before Carlos, in the Service dept, told me it was the compressor but that it wasn’t covered under warranty. He even showed up at my private residence, WITH NO NOTICE, to take the loaner vehicle and leave me with my, un repaired vehicle. After the nightmare that Leson put me through, I was hesitant to take my car to ANY Chevrolet dealership, but it’s under warranty so I ended up taking it to a Chevrolet Dealership in Kenner. Not only did the Kenner dealership replaced the part needed,(which was NOT the compressor meaning that Leson had my car for OVER a week and never even diagnosed the issue) but they had me back in vehicle in just 5 days! Leson should take a lesson out of that dealership’s playbook. More

Claudia was very nice, no issue there. If everything is labeled “critical,” how can I determine what actually needs to be addressed immediately, or what can be addressed in the next month or so. Bigger issue is that I paid $200 for an assessment that said I needed a complete overhaul of my air conditioning system for $4200. When I had someone else look at the truck, I did not need to replace everything Leson listed. My air condition is working wonderfully, and I did not replace all the parts Leson listed “needed” to be replaced. Leson seems dishonest and I will not be bringing my truck there, nor will I buy any future vehicles from Leson. More

I’ve had a great experience every time I brought my vehicle in for service. Claudia is very knowledgeable,, and went above and beyond to keep me informed about the status of my truck. Brought my truck in for the recall that was issued for the 2021- 2024 Silverados with the 6.2L motors. After a few hours after dropping it off, I received a call from a representative that informed me tha the 2021- 2024 Silverados with the 6.2L motors. After a few hours after dropping it off, I received a call from a representative that informed me that my vehicle was not part of the recall because of the VIN although it’s a 2021 Silverado with a 6.2L motor. The representative said I can come pick it up. When I returned to the dealership, I told the cashier that I was here to pick up my truck because the truck was fine and not part of the recall. The cashier told me that my truck is not good and that there is no remedy to fix the recalled issue. She also stated that, I would have to return at a later date to have the truck repaired. So now I’m confused! What is it? I was told that the truck was not part of the recall by one person and another is telling me the complete opposite. More
