I am very dissatisfied with my experience at Walser Automotive, specifically with the service department. For nearly two months, I attempted to contact the service department to address an ongoing iss Automotive, specifically with the service department. For nearly two months, I attempted to contact the service department to address an ongoing issue with my vehicle (the vehicle only had 5,000 miles on it at the time). Despite multiple phone calls and messages, my calls were not returned, making it extremely difficult to get the problem handled in a timely manner. The lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional. When the vehicle was finally serviced, it was returned to me with the same issue still unresolved, requiring additional visits for the same problem. This should not happen, especially with a newer vehicle and a dealership that claims to prioritize customer service. Reliable communication and competent repairs are basic expectations, and unfortunately, Walser Automotive fell short in both areas. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to recommend Walser Automotive to others. More
