Claudia went the extra mile for us. We first met Claudia last this winter as we went into the dealership to ask about the plug in hybrid Jeep wrangler. Claudia gave us informnation on the vehicle and said that they would be getting the first one in the dealership in a couple of months. She then connected with my wife via text message and kept her updated every couple of weeks. She called us just as soon as one hit the dealership, and we drove over for a test drive. My wife did not like the wrangler, was too rough for her, so we did not end up buying that vehicle. A month ago I found out about the new Jeep Grand Cherokee L, and contacted Claudia and told her that I wanted to test drive one. She called me a week later and said that one just arrived. I did a test drive and loved the vehicle, but wanted a different color and option set. Turns out they had one in transit that fit all of my requirements, so I put down a deposit and reserved that car. Claudia called me about a week later and said that she had the keys to my new car in her hand. We did most of the paper work details over the phone, email, and text, so when I showed up I signed a few papers with Claudia, then went into the finance department and signed the rest of the papers there. All in all, it was less than 2 hours, which was great. Claudia spent a good amount of time explaining the features and operation of the car to me, and she was very knowledgable. I'm extremely pleased with her and Olathe Jeep. More
