There were a considerable number either wearing it haphazardly under their chin as a loose but ineffective gesture, and some were not at all, and all while walking around the dealership. I think the #1 priority in sales is to have an environment where the customer feels comfortable and safe, and my wife and I did not feel that way in the final buying process. We ended up waiting outside for a while due to our discomfort. More
