From the moment I stepped on the dealership lot, Claudia was upbeat, happy and EXTREMELY helpful with the entire process of purchasing/leasing a new car. In past experiences with purchasing/leasing a new c was upbeat, happy and EXTREMELY helpful with the entire process of purchasing/leasing a new car. In past experiences with purchasing/leasing a new car, I've always felt pushed/manipulated to go down the path that was the "best option" or overall "best for me" when in reality, it was just the best option or best for the salesperson/dealership but, NOT with Claudia. Yes, Claudia would whisper to me as she walked by while I was looking over the numbers/options "just do it", "you know you want to" or "all you have to do is sign it" but, she always did it with a smile and a little laugh because she could see how happy I was talking about the vehicle and driving it. Before I signed the papers she made sure that I knew that it was my decision and if I didn't think it was best for me that she wasn't trying to pressure me into a deal if I didn't feel like I was going to benefit from it as well. I never felt pushed, pressured or manipulated by Claudia in any way, shape or form, in fact, her walking by and whispering those things to me before signing papers helped to make me feel like I was not being rushed or pressured into making a decision, it actually helped me feel relaxed and totally in control and it helped build a solid relationship between Claudia and I and helped to close that gap between buyer and seller. More
