Claudio Montano was great to work with throughout the negotiation. Although we weren't able to get to a 3 year lease deal I was comfortable with, he did get me a great deal on a 2 year lease of the same negotiation. Worst car buying experience. They kept telling me for a whole week that I was approved. They did like 10 hard pulls on my credit and later I was denied for loan. Why the f@%€ was I approved for first 4 time if I was to be denied later. So frustrating. Btw sales guy was super nice. More
