I am from New Mexico and I called Clay Estes as I have heard that he was great and would not give me the run around. I am so glad I did, it was a wonderful experience. I was flying in to DFW and he had a heard that he was great and would not give me the run around. I am so glad I did, it was a wonderful experience. I was flying in to DFW and he had a driver pick us up and had all the paperwork ready so I could return home that day. Everything went exactly on schedule and I was on the road. There were several other folks that helped that I dont remember their names. The entire crew was great. Thanks a million to all involved and expecially Clay who put it all togeather!!!! We recently purchased a 2025 Yukon Denali from James Wood GMC and were very impressed with their service. When we picked up the vehicle, Clay stayed late on a Saturday evening to show us all of the features and how the new technology worked and setting up our accounts and pairing our phones to the vehicle and much more. Not only were we treated exceptionally well before and during the purchase process, but Clay has continued to check in with us after the purchase to ensure all of our needs were met. My wife and I went to James Wood because they were the only dealership in the DFW area that had a fully loaded GMC Terrain. There were zero at any other dealership we could find. James Wood had them in 4 only dealership in the DFW area that had a fully loaded GMC Terrain. There were zero at any other dealership we could find. James Wood had them in 4 colors. From my first call to check availability to driving off the lot, our salesman Clay Estes and the rest of his team made us feel comfortable and cared for. They offered a fair price up front, worked quickly, and were accommodating to our specific needs. I don’t see a world where my next vehicle isn’t purchased from James Wood. More
