From the start, Clay spent a lot of time getting to know me and truly understanding what I was looking for. He was very helpful, walking me through the available options and helping me determine which features were most important to me. Once we narrowed down the search, Clay realized the exact truck I wanted wasn’t on the lot, but he didn’t stop there. He went out and found the right vehicle for me. Clay was also instrumental in identifying incentives and discounts I could use to bring the price to a level I could afford and feel great about. On delivery day, he had the truck ready and took the time to demonstrate many of the features so my wife and I knew exactly how to operate everything. Throughout the entire process, Clay made us feel comfortable and never pressured. The next time we need a new vehicle, we know we have a trusted friend in Clay. Clay did a great job helping me find the right truck & working with my customer that was buying my old truck which helped reduce my taxes. I can’t believe GM now requires you to buy the operator manual bu working with my customer that was buying my old truck which helped reduce my taxes.
