My car has been to the service department 3 times for the same issue. I picked it up today. Driving home, it started making the same noise. Three times and it’s still not fixed. Our sales experience was same issue. I picked it up today. Driving home, it started making the same noise. Three times and it’s still not fixed. Our sales experience was great. Service has been horrible. The service advisors have been nice but they receive a bad review even though they don’t actually perform the service to the vehicle. If my vehicle ever gets fixed, I will not return to James Wood for any other service. More

Karen Pattison always does an amazing job at finding the perfect vehicle for me. She is always very knowledgeable about the specs of the vehicle as well as explains the operations of all the features of tha perfect vehicle for me. Mr. Bryan Stanley, my service advisor at James Wood Motors in Decatur, Texas is the reason I keep coming back. I have traded with James Wood Motor since 2007. I only use James Wood Motors Service Dep Motors in Decatur, Texas is the reason I keep coming back. I have traded with James Wood Motor since 2007. I only use James Wood Motors Service Department, Part Department and Body Shop to keep my GM Vehicles in tip top shape. I can rely on the fine folks at James Wood to do the work right the first time, every time! Christa the head cashier in the Service Department also makes me feel like family, just like Bryan Stanley. When you find a good thing, why go anywhere else? If you are not trading or using James Wood Motors in Decatur to fulfill your needs, why not? I highly recommend you give them a try!
