I ordered a new GMC 3500 one year ago. I brought it in the first two times for service, oil change and basic maintenance. No complaints on the oil change itself or the tire rotation. My problem is, there are 9 grease points on the front end of this truck. Not one grease point has been touched in two visits for service. It states on the invoice, "Lubricated the Body Components". So, what does that mean?? I made an appointment for the service, made my appointment time. I waited slightly over two hours for my truck to be finished. That seems a little long for an oil change. I selected "yes" on recommending service, because there wasn't a choice for "maybe", and I had to make a selection. I am a person who his loyal to a dealership when it comes to buying and having service work done. James Wood sold me a nice truck that I am happy with, but I am not sold on the service department yet. More

They had my car for a month and when I got it back it was dirty. I would think that after having the car for that long it would be returned cleaned. I would give a "5" star but the phone system is impossible to navigate. You're placed on hold forever, leave a message, and no return call. Had to drop off truck, knowing they were 3-4 days before looking at it. They took over a week before diagnosis and still weren’t for sure what the problem was. They had it for over 3 weeks, repaired what wa looking at it. They took over a week before diagnosis and still weren’t for sure what the problem was. They had it for over 3 weeks, repaired what was only allowed for GMC warranty, knowing that it needed a whole new exhaust system.Had to call constantly for updates and quite frequently would never get return calls ( very frustrating) Picked it up and 2 days later check engine light back on(exhaust system). Was told to drop it off again but couldn’t guarantee how soon to get to it. Took it to Christian Brothers replaced exhaust system in 1 full day and paid $2500 for what should have been covered under warranty! I work out of my truck so inconvenienced for length of time from drop off to repair. More
