My car has been to the service department 3 times for the
same issue. I picked it up today. Driving home, it started making the same noise. Three times and it’s still not fixed.

Our sales experience was great. Service has been horrible. The service advisors have been nice but they receive a bad review even though they don’t actually perform the service to the vehicle.
If my vehicle ever gets fixed, I will not return to James Wood for any other service.
