My experience with service at the dealership was a bit 'rocky' at first, but Clayton is dependable, professional and courteous, resulting in making up for early bad experiences. As long as Clayton remains 'rocky' at first, but Clayton is dependable, professional and courteous, resulting in making up for early bad experiences. As long as Clayton remains my service advisor. I will patronize Norm Reeves. Thank you very much! More

I brought my car in because it wasn’t starting and it was not a battery issue. Clayton said that they ran a diagnostic and confirmed that my alarm that I had purchased with the car was the cause. It was not. not a battery issue. Clayton said that they ran a diagnostic and confirmed that my alarm that I had purchased with the car was the cause. It was not. They removed my alarm and it cost me what I had paid for it, which was around $800 plus the time spent without my car and the fact that it was at my mechanic’s shop for two weeks while they figured out what was actually wrong with it. In addition to that, I had to pay the $190 to have my alarm removed, which wasn’t necessary at all. I am very disappointed with the service at this dealership. I gave the superstore a three star rating because when I brought my car in for the recall, they finished the job in a timely manner. I do not appreciate that I was lied to regarding my alarm and I lost around $1000. More
