I had researched on the internet and OP Jeep had two of the three vans I was looking for in the entire KC area. Their price was very competitive. Clayton's knowledge of the vehicle was exceptional. He briefly reviewed all of the features of the van, and then focused more on the things that he could tell I was interested in. He clarified and reviewed the differences between two models that I found confusing on the internet. He even came in on his day off to finalize the purchase. The business office was extremely quick and efficient. The entire buying experience was painless and very professional. I would highly recommend OP Jeep and Clayton Mark to everyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. More

Internet shopping brought us to Overland Park Jeep We began our internet search when our local dealer told us they could no longer take a custom order for 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee's. That was when my husband found just what he was looking for at this Dealership! He looked at photos on line, called to speak to someone and he got put in touch with Clayton. They visited about our needs and wants, what we had as far as a trade in. They discussed particulars and very soon, we put a deposit down on a vehicle in inventory. Then decided to go ahead and drive up to Overland Park. We drove and arrived after 9 p.m. so checked into a hotel, got up the next morning went to the dealership, Clayton approached us and we liked him right away! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and smiled. He was not fake or high pressure. We looked over the car, signed the paper work, got taken out in another vehicle with the same options for a test drive and lesson on how to run the touch screen and vehicle information center. Got in our new car and drove off with smiles on our faces and no regrets. We have already recommended OPJ to our kids that live in Lenexa. Thanks so much Clayton for making this as easy as you did!! Great sales service from Clayton, got an awesome price with him as well, financing was a breeze, and a received a fantastic deal on extended service. Everything was just perfect. Joe and Scott were great as well. The process of buying a new car is something I used to dread. The thing is though; I actually had a really good time with everyone here. It completely and positively exceeded my expectations. The trade in process was very fair and everything went very smoothly. I am beyond satisfied! The next Jeep I need to get (and it will be a Jeep for sure) I will be returning here. I recommend them to everyone! More

We had several emails back and forth and he was great at answering all my questions. We made an appointment to meet. When I arrived, Terry was busy with another customer and instead of making me wait he introduced me to Clayton Mark who took me through a test drive, talked about the dealership, car options and finally pricing. What I was most impressed with was the teamwork between salesmen. That I haven't seen for a long time. It wasn't about who would get a commission, it was about my satisfaction with the vehicle I was looking for and what the dealership could offer. Very refreshing. Because of there professionalism, I plan to give OP Jeep maintenance department the opportunilty to work on any needs I may have in the future. Got Exactly What We Wanted and More Than We Expected After a bad experience with another dealership in the area and several pushy dealers calling us constantly on our phones, we decided to call OP Jeep. After a bad experience with another dealership in the area and several pushy dealers calling us constantly on our phones, we decided to call OP Jeep. Clayton was very professional and knowledgable and extremely helpful. He also provided us with his honest opinion when we asked him for it, which helped us pick out the perfect Jeep for us. After we picked out our new Jeep started meet with the finance guy to discuss our options. Joe Pippins wasn't the original finance/insurance person handling our file, but worked with us the day our Jeep arrived on the lot. Joe, is extremely knowledgable and professional. He gave us honest opinions and sometimes personal experiences relating to each of the warranties that they offer. He also broke down each package piece by piece, which made us feel like they had our best interest at heart and not just trying to sell us "extras" to make a profit. Lastly both Clayton and Joe are very charismatic and a joy to work with. You will have a very enjoyble and pleasurable time while shopping for a vehicle. More
