Forest Lake Auto Group makes you feel very welcome, including the service center staff. Everyone is friendly and nice to work with and make you want to come back. Clem is the most knowledgeable salesman we have ever come in contact with. I can't say enough about how well he treats his customers without being pushy, and the plethora of information this man knows about so many vehicles. Our loan guy was also very knowledgeable (can't remember his name) and had a positive attitude as well. We highly recommend this dealership not only for the friendly staff, the awesome salesmen (Clem in particular) and great popcorn.....but also because this dealership seems to carry a unique lineup of vehicles that other dealerships don't have for a fair price. We are very happy with our 2016 Traverse bought last year and now our 2016 GMC Sierra! Clem is the best! More

Avoid this dealership! Very unprofessional. Didn't return phone calls regarding credit application error they made which caused refusal of credit when it should have been a Very unprofessional.
