It i Unlike Autonation that attempts to bully you into a bad deal, Planet Ford was willing to work with me AND give me a fair trade value on my truck. It is amazing the difference that it can make when the salesperson doesnt treat you like you're stupid, or is condescending, or low-balls your trade. You know what happens when you treat customers fairly?? You sell cars AND get repeat customers. I received a fair trade for my 2012 RAM, managed to negotiate a lower payment on my new 2015 Edge. Thank you Frances, Clennon, Thomas, and everyone at Planet Ford who helped in our deal. We will definitely be back to give you a shot at our business on our next deal! More
