It is amazing the difference that it can make when the salesperson doesnt treat you like you're stupid, or is condescending, or low-xxxxx your trade. You know what happens when you treat customers fairly?? You sell cars AND get repeat customers. I received a fair trade for my 2012 RAM, managed to negotiate a lower payment on my new 2015 Edge. Everyone was courteous and definitely tried to strike a deal that worked for me and worked to get me where i needed to be.. Thank you Planet Ford Spring for making the car buying experience less stressful and working to reach a deal that was agreeable to both parties.
