My first contact was via email. Scott Honda was professional and confident in putting numbers in an email. That alone set a very positive tone. When I went to test drive the vehicle, Bernie greet professional and confident in putting numbers in an email. That alone set a very positive tone. When I went to test drive the vehicle, Bernie greeted us at the door even though there was a greeter’s station. Every staff member was friendly, smiling, and welcoming. They did not try to pressure me and they were true to their every word. I highly recommend Scott Honda! More

Cliff was a great! Besides his friendly demeanor, he really took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and explained the features on my CRV before I left. My salesperson Cliff and Finance Manager Rob Gill were outstanding in helping me select and finance the righ of West Chester, PA was by far the best. Sold faulty engine and they could "not fix" issue I bought my 2012 Crv with 35,000 miles on it. At the time of purchase the issues did not occur. Around 38,000 miles my car started to make a horrible I bought my 2012 Crv with 35,000 miles on it. At the time of purchase the issues did not occur. Around 38,000 miles my car started to make a horrible rattle upon ignition. I took it back to Scott Honda for them to diagnose and since the rattle only occurred on a cold start and never in front of them, the problem didn't exist. Fast forward 60,000 miles after scheduled maintenances routine oil changes my cars check engine light came on. Not sure as to the issue probably due to the rattle upon ignition. I asked around to a couple people who worked at Honda dealerships for years and they assured me the rattle was not problematic and I would be fine. The next week my cars engine was examined by my fathers mechanic and to my delight was told that this engine is a total flop. Since the rattle started he said he could see where fragments of metal have been flying into the engine and coming into contact with things he said I cant remember. Honda sold me a janky car and could never "find" the issue. I would never take my money back to this dealership as to the lack of care and knowledge of their own vehicles. Do your research before you buy a car. There are so far 13 lawsuits against my model car and year for Honda "not aware" that the 2012 CRV model engines are poorly designed and failed to adequately fix the problem. More
