I can sing praises of the sales department. Absolutely incredible people! By far the easiest car deal I've ever had the pleasure of working. Andrew was such an awesome guy and really saw my deal out to the end. Service... not so much. I made an appointment for service about a week after I bought my car. I needed an oil change, tires, and one other part per signed contract. Two weeks go by and I received no update from service. Andrew, my salesman, answered his phone everytime I wanted an update. Can't say the same for the service department. After two weeks, I requested to pick up my car only to find out it wasn't touched lol. Called service- no answer. Called sales- they got service to call me back! Sales: 2 Service: 0 I received a call back and asked why my oil light flipped on 2 miles away from their dealership. No response, just a "we can do it right now, just bring it back". There's still the question of what happened within those 2 weeks. Was it just forgotten? Whats the point of making an appointment? Just own up to something lol. Oil change was done and I went on my way 2 days later :( I am greeted by a puddle of oil on my driveway. Aha. Wonderful. I call service! No answer. I call sales! They get me to service :) Sales:3 Service:0 Kim in customer relations was a big help. She was able to get me into a car very last minute so I could drop off my oil-leaking-car. Bad O ring I guess.. About a week later, I get a call from Andrew notifying me that my tires and final part for my car arrived. I happily dropped off my car hoping this was the final stretch. The next day I get a call saying my car is done! Sigh of relief for sure. I pick up my car and it's making a funny noise. Frustrated, I take it somewhere else to be looked at and we found damage to my wheel well. It was bent out of shape and rubbing on my tire. I sent photos to my salesman (poor guy, can't catch a break with me) and he took care of everything. Sales: 4 Service: 0 I dropped off my car early the next morning and met the service manager. Great guy. Very professional. I actually thought he was listening to my concerns. Totally different than the rest of his department. He told me he would have it fixed same day and he absolutely did. Finally, I have nothing to report and I'm absolutely in love with my car. Sales:5 Service:1 All together I would recommend this dealership to anyone... just don't buy a car that needs service lol. I purchased a used 2019 Jeep Renegade on a Monday, and Jose made sure to air up my tires prior to me leaving. He told me the low air pressure indicator will reset after driving a short time. Well that did Jose made sure to air up my tires prior to me leaving. He told me the low air pressure indicator will reset after driving a short time. Well that didn't happen, and the next day my Jeep showed a message that the air pressure system needed service. I took it into the service center a few days later for them to look into the issue. I reached out asking if they would cover the repair cost since it wasn't something that was disclosed as broken when I bought the vehicle, but that got me no where. I ended up having to pay almost $200 for parts and labor for them to replace the faulty air pressure sensor despite me buying the vehicle earlier in the week under the impression that there weren't any issues with it. It doesn't seem right at all that I had to pay out of pocket for that when I was told it would reset. Additionally, I noticed my remote gate opener was missing from my vehicle that night after picking it up from being serviced. I called that night and spoke to a service representative who told me he would check with the technician when they return the next day, and call me back. I was eagerly awaiting a phone call, but never received one. I went in person to discuss this issue, and felt like my issue was not taken seriously. It's not something that ever leaves my vehicle, but the service manager Cliff was adamant that none of the service technicians would have grabbed it. I even invited him to inspect my car themselves to prove it had not been misplaced in my vehicle, and he did check himself. I was essentially told since it wasn't a high value item that they wouldn't even do a full investigation, but that they would keep an eye out. The remote gate opener looks just like a set of keys, and could have easily been grabbed by someone while my car was being worked on. Not with any nefarious intentions, but by a simple mistake. The remote gate opener was used just the day before. It's not like it could have been missing for days and I just happened to notice it well after the fact. Again, it's not something that leaves my car due to how frequently I have to use it. I called the service manager a few days after my initial visit for a follow up and left a voicemail. I didn't hear anything back after that. The right thing would have been to look into the issue, and call me back with their findings. Instead I was ignored completely. I would have been completely satisfied with a simple we looked and we didn't find anything. I've since replaced the remote gate opener. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own, and the end results left a bad impression on myself. I didn't want to believe the negative stereotypes of car dealerships, but at the end of the day that is exactly what I experienced. I can't help but feel like I was just a victim after all this. I don't feel like my request to cover the air pressure sensor was outrageous. Especially since they told me the sensor would reset and correct itself. I can't say that I would recommend them for a vehicle purchase due to my experience. It is only fair to state that I was happy with the vehicle price and trade in value I received for my vehicle Edit: Mclarty Daniel responded to my Google review on February 7th indicating that they would reach out to me. It has been almost three weeks and no one from the dealership has ever tried to reach out to me. More
