In 2007 I tried to purchase a 2007 Tacoma was told they don't make them in four doors. Was looking to trade that in for a 2015 Toyota Tundra pro and they seem only interested in selling what they had on the lot!! So like in 2007 and 2015 I went to Russull Toyota and they didn't everything but build the truck. They moved mountains and got the job done!! Now I'll say this about koons there service dept very nice!!! Every time I take my vehicle there they were nice and helpful. I will take the tundra there. But that sales dept (not good). I just think if your looking for knowledgeable sale people, motivated sale's people go to Russuell Toyota!!! Thx More

Cliff made our car buying experience easy. My wife and I saw the Highlander she wanted on Koon’s web site and we inquired. Cliff Hoffman called us within 15 minutes and asked how he could help. We sat up a time to meet with Cliff, he took my wife through all the features and within an hour we purchased the Highlander. He knew exactly what he wanted; what price he was willing to pay and, more importantly, what he wanted for his trade-in. My husband made this clear to Cliff right up front and he made it happen. We don't do haggling -- we either buy or walk. We came all of the way from St. Mary's County to look at this car and drove it away -- beautiful, comfortable Avalon Hybrid. Cliff is the most wonderful, down-to-earth, up-front salesman we have ever encountered. If only more salesmen could take a page from his book, a lot more cars would be sold. It was actually a very pleasant, fun experience with Cliff and I felt badly that we had to leave. The finance person could not have been nicer or more professional. Our experience with the Manager was the same way. I walked away wishing all three of these people were my neighbors. This experience was well worth the long trip. I can't say enough about Cliff and I definitely think he deserves an outstanding award of some type. In my 46 years of car buying, I have NEVER come across someone like Cliff. Our salesman Cliff Hoffman was very personable from the start. It's been quite a while since we bought a new vehicle so we were a little tense at first about what to expect. Cliff answered all of our questions and let us do our own thing when looking at the various models. Cliff followed up our first visit with a few emails explaining the various options and safety ratings and such. We liked that! After a few other dealership visits with comparable highlanders we were drawn back to Koons due to our initial friendly experience with Cliff. We received exactly what we wanted and at a great price! From start to finish our car buying experience was terrific. From Cliff giving our 8 year old pointers on Mindcraft to Jeremy in finance making us laugh and feel a part of the Toyota family. We look forward to speaking with them again as well as the other staff members. We have recommended family and friends visit Koons when ready to buy a new car. Great Job! More
