New car and remote didn't work. After three weeks of waiting on a part I called the service area and was then and only then advised it was in made an an appointment and then waited After three weeks of waiting on a part I called the service area and was then and only then advised it was in made an an appointment and then waited 8 hours for it to be repaired. Pretty bad experience overall. More

Brought in because the hood latch cable was faulty and broke and an oil change. Picked up the car to find the hood latch handle in the floorboard. Cliff took it back and the tech put it back on. I open th broke and an oil change. Picked up the car to find the hood latch handle in the floorboard. Cliff took it back and the tech put it back on. I open the door and it's in the floorboard, again. Cliff takes it back and has a new handle installed. I leave, get to Moore, Ok and notice I still have the old oils change sticker. Cliff said bring it back for the sticker. I said no! Tell your people to get their xxxx together. Mail me the sticker please. I can't trust the old change was even done at this point. More
