Disaster. No interest in the customer. Purchased/leased 4 vehicles in last 8 years. When decided to buy out lease salesman Raj Rajaratnam did not call back or respond and manager covered for his lies and exc vehicles in last 8 years. The manager also was suppose to promptly help me with the buyout promising a quick process and bringing car in for a cleaning/wax. Never heard back. I guess 500,000 in cars and over 20,000 dollars in services is not relevant to Paul Miller Porsche if the lease buyout produces little profit for dealer. Sad no loyalty to a great customer who will tell his wealthy friends to never consider Paull Miller to buy their next Porsche. More
