I was immediately responded to by the General Manager. He explained the process in detail on how they work with everyone to get into a vehicle they want but it is not their job to educate anyone on the financial side , that is the customer's responsibility. The dealership is going to work with me to get resolve to my situation. I am grateful to be a long time customer of this Hubler Fird dealership and will continue to do business with them.
