Sales has been and is still top notch, but service is going to cost the dealership and brand a lot of money. Took my new vehicle in for it's first oil change and tire rotation but the service department going to cost the dealership and brand a lot of money. Took my new vehicle in for it's first oil change and tire rotation but the service department gave it back to me and let me drive off with all four wheels having finger tight lug nuts. I was lucky not to have thousands of dollars in damage or be involved in an accident. When trying to deal with ther service manager all I get is a voicemail option and no return call. More

Clifton helped me find an amazing car and he was incredibly helpful and kind from the moment we pulled up to the dealership from the moment I drove away with the keys. We had been searching all week for a car, but unfortunately nothing was fitting. This was the first time I’ve ever ordered a vehicle and Clifton and Steve made the process so easy. Clifton kept us updated all throughout the entire process.
