The service department wasn’t great… and it took entirely too long to figure out what the next step would be for me after I dropped off my 2014 Chevy Cruze with them, but in the end, thanks to the service ma too long to figure out what the next step would be for me after I dropped off my 2014 Chevy Cruze with them, but in the end, thanks to the service manager, Will, who was extremely honest and helpful… he got me in contact with Clifton. Clifton was phenomenal. He was easy-going, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He made the process as easy and stress-free for me as he could. He wasn’t pushy and he let me lead the entire process. He gave me time to make the best decision for me. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a car. I am so thankful to have had him helping me start this new chapter.
