On the way back from a trip to Mississippi the transmission started overheating just 20 miles from Baton Rouge. We managed to get to this dealer at 4:30. Mr. David Chambers the general manager went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Knowing that a transmission repair could take some time he put us in a brand new truck to go home and allowed us to keep the truck until the repair was made which was a week later. We live in Rayne, La., so needless to say we were impressed with the consideration and care shown by this man and the employees. When I picked up the truck I expected to have to pay for at least the labor, but the service manager said all repairs were covered! Although we live about 100 miles away, we will definitely consider Ralph Sellers for our next vehicle purchase! I would highly recommend Ralph Sellers Chevrolet for anyone’s next vehicle purchase! More
